Lena’s passion for healthcare and growth marketing began at UCSF, where she modernized digital fundraising with Challenge for the Children, an award-winning campaign that leveraged influencer marketing to reach Silicon Valley’s tech community—raising over $1M and earning national recognition. She later led marketing at Navigating Cancer, Silene Biotech, and LeadGenius, driving multimillion-dollar growth in digital health and Enterprise B2B SaaS. From scaling customer acquisition to executing GTM strategies and positioning brands as category leaders, she combines creativity, technology, and strategy to engage audiences at every level.
A lifelong learner, she continuously sharpens her expertise, earning certifications from Harvard Business School in Organizational Leadership and various technology specializations to ensure the strategies and tools she implements drive long-term success.
